HOW THE HAPPINESS SCORECARD WORKS

Your happiness shouldn't be
a guessing game.

Most people wait for happiness to find them. They hope for a good day, a better job, or a "spark" of joy that stays. But because they don't know what actually drives their wellbeing, they end up feeling stuck on a plateau; surviving life but not truly flourishing.
At BU Happiness College, we treat happiness as a skill.
And to master any skill, you first have to measure it.

Meet the creator of The Happiness Scorecard:
Declan Edwards

Happiness researcher, educator, and founder of BU Happiness College.

For over a decade, I’ve been obsessed with understanding happiness as a science and as a skillset.

Over that time, I’ve been fortunate enough to share my insights with organisations like TEDx, Red Cross, and the United Nations General Assembly, as well as with thousands of BU Happiness College students and graduates across 6 countries. I also guest lecture in Positive Psychology and Wellbeing Science for CQ University, Bond University, and the Culture Institute of Australia.

My team and I developed the Happiness Scorecard to help people take the first step toward understanding (and growing) their happiness and wellbeing. When you finish the assessment, you aren’t just getting a score; you’re entering a community dedicated to growing happiness, one skill at a time.
